Sardegna Soccorso company was born in Cagliari in 1993 due to the work of experienced partners with a background in voluntary medical transportation, Civil Defence and the like.

Training and experience gained in the past years has used in the brand-new company.

Since 1993, continuously till 2005, it served the teaching hospital Clinica Universitaria "Aresu", then the university general hospital Policlinico Universitario in Monserrato, (CA), managing with patients transferring, biological samples, blood and medical records transpor by means of ambulance and purpose-equipped vehicles.

Sardegna Soccorso collaborate with 118 service (Italian emergency number) authorized in our area, providing workforce and vehicles for ordinary and emergency services using basic emergency services, advanced emergency service as support or replacement for those already working, emergency service with medical attendant staff.

It works for public clinics and hospitals for whom the firm is available for ordinary and emergency services.

It provide a medical taxi which is available for health facilities, public and private companies and citizens who entrust to our professional services for admissions, discharges, advices and dispatch medical files.

In June 2007, it begun a medical car service for ordinary and emergency blood, biological samples, organs and medical teams transport.
